- Take the minced meat in the large bowl. Add salt, haldi, coriander powder, garam masala and mix well.
- Greased the plate and roll the meat inside of your palms to give it a round shape. Repeat the steps until you roll up the minced meat into koftas.
- Heat a vessel add oil, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli and saute for 5 minutes. Place the mutton kofta on the top of vessel and cover it with plate.
- Add tomato and mix the curry. Flip side of the koftas and let it steam for 8 minutes.
- Add seasonings salt, red chilli powder, haldi, coriander powder, gram masala.
- Mash it well. Add meat and water as required.
- After simmering the curry for 5 mins add the mutton koftas, stir and mix. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
