  4. Once dry you can now fry without the chips getting to brown, and the centre will be nice and soft and crisp on outside, as you can see there not burnt either or very brown
  5. Serve on there own or with you preferred side dish
  6. #Tip par cook in hot oil till you get a coating, then take out onto a baking tray and freeze for a hour or so. Now fry from frozen to get the perfect crispy fries. You can also make a big batch like this and freeze and put in a zip lock for home made fries when ever you want.
