  2. Remove in a blender, now fry red chillies and add to garlic
  3. Roast coconut slices evenly till golden add to blender
  4. Now roast peanuts till golden and add to the blender
  5. Add salt to taste and blend everything together till you gey nice powder.
  6. Let it cool and store in a steel dabba.
  7. P.s. roast everything on sim flame

Shengdana chutney is a dry chutney prepared using roasted peanuts. It is usually served as a "tondi lavana" (just another condiment if the other items are not so spicy). In a grinder jar, add roasted peanuts, dried red chilies, garlic, red chili powder and salt as per your taste. Give some pulse until it became coarse powder.
