  1. Wash and clean the beans and chopped can chopped onions green chillies and keep aside
  2. In a kadai add oil and heat it it then add jeera,mustard seeds,hing and add udad daal fry for 1 minute add green chilli, red dry Chilli 🌶 curry leaves and add beans fry for 5 minutes…. and add salt to taste..
  3. Then add grated coconut and fry for 2 minutes and off the flame…
  4. Beans poriyal is ready…serve with the rice…
