  1. In a mixing bowl take all dry ingredients mix them and add curd mix it.gradually add water and knead it well for 5-7 minutes.make a smooth dough.cover and keep aside for minimum two hours in a warm place.
  2. When it double in size punch 3-4 time and make medium size balls.take one ball and cover the rest.roll it in a half inch thick disc.prick it in all over with a fork
  3. Heat a tawa apply bottom side water on rolled naan and put it on tawa.cook it on medium flame from one side well then flip it and cooked another side.
  4. Apply ghee with brush and serve with ur favourite curry.
