To make this beans curry, I have used long beans also called as borabati. Cook the onion, serrano pepper, garlic, and curry leaves in the oil until the onions are golden brown. Add the green beans to the mixture and stir until evenly coated. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the beans are al dente.

Instructions to make French beans curry:
  1. Cut french beans and carrot into small pieces.
  2. Heat kadai. Pour oil. Once heated add mustard seeds and chopped onions. Then add turmeric powder. Fry it.
  3. Once onion becomes golden brown, add vegetables and needed salt.
  4. Now pour needed water to cook the vegetables and allow to cook.
  5. Once it is cooked, add red chilli and sambar masala powder and mix well.
  6. Finally add grated coconut and mix well. Healthy french beans curry is ready to serve.

Add the green beans to the mixture and stir until evenly coated. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook until the beans are al dente. The answer is simple make a long green/french bean curry.
