  11. Get 4 tbsp cream
  12. Make ready 1/2 cup oil
  13. Get Julien ginger
  14. Take Green coriander

Saute until the onions are translucent. When the vegetables are translucent, stir in the garlic and coconut milk. Add the marinated chicken and stir to release the spices into the onion. Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a near boil.

Steps to make Coconut chicken:
  1. In pot add water and coconut milk powder and whisk well add chicken and whole green chillies and mix well
  2. Bring it to boil, cover and cook till chicken get tender add salt, red chilli flakes,coriander powderand black pepper powder and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
  3. Now add oil and peanut butter and cook until oil seperates
  4. Turn off the flame and add cream and mix well
  5. Turn on the flame and cook for 2 minutes
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and julien ginger.
  7. Serve with garlic herb rice
