  5. Serve by mixing one part cold brew with 1 part water, microwave if you like it hot. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.

You can also make cold-brew coffee in a French press. Steep the coffee overnight, then press to separate the grounds from the coffee. Transfer the coffee to a bottle or jar for longer storage. Adjusting coffee strength: This recipe makes a fairly strong cup of coffee. Cold brew coffee is a variation on iced coffee, but generally has a sweeter and more mild flavor due to the extraction process.
