  2. Now put a pan on low heat add peanuts and dry roast them by stirring continusely for 3 to 4 min.
  3. You can check whether these roasted well by rubbing with your fingers. Skin will easily come out. Take them out in a plate & allow them to cool down.
  4. After cool them..peel the skin.
  5. Now put the same pan on low flame add 1 tsp desi ghee. Now add grated jaggery(gud) & stir continue.Let it melt on low flame. It will take 5 mins.
  6. Now to check the Perfect consistency, take water in a small bowl put a drop of jaggery after cool down a bit check with your fingers.it should bind it properly.
  7. In this stage add roasted & peeled peanuts. Switch off the flame and mix them quickly.These should combine with each other.
  8. Now spread the mixture into a greased surface. Flat it with spatula or you can roll with a roller pin.
  9. While it's little warm make the cuts with knife as per your desired shape.After cool down for 20 mins.Take the pieces out.
  10. After cool down for 20 mins.Take the pieces out. Enjoy these super crunchy & delicious peanut chikki.
