Instructions to make Chicken Gravy:
  1. Clean and wash the chicken pieces with water by adding salt and turmeric powder
  2. In a mixing jar add 1tsp Fennel seeds, 1 Cinnamon stick, 3-4 Cloves, roughly chopped Ginger, 7-8 Garlic, 1 roughly chopped onions and coriander leaves, add some water and grind it into paste.
  3. In a bowl add 2tblsp curd, ¾th portion of the grinded Masala, salt, turmeric powder, ½tsp red chilli powder, ½tsp Garam Masala mix thoroughly and add chicken pieces and marinate for about 1 hour
  4. In a pressure cooker, add oil, ½tsp Fennel seeds, 1 Cinnamon stick, 2-3 Cloves and add 4 finely chopped onions
  5. Add the remaining ¼th portion of the Masala and fry till the raw smell of the onions goes
  6. Now add ¼tsp of red chilli powder, 2tsp Coriander powder, salt and fry
  7. Now add marinated chicken pieces and fry for about 15 minutes
  8. Add a little water of about ¼cup, check the salt and add if needed
  9. Close the lid of the cooker and wait till 1 whistle
  10. After that open the lid add 1tsp pepper powder, coriander leaves, and Garam Masala, boil for 2 minutes and then serve with rice or roti
