  8. Now add onion paste rost 2-3 m & add green chilly zinger rost 2 m.
  9. Now add curd, sugar, salt, red chilly & cream cook 2 m & add water cook 5 m.
  10. Now gravy is ready add kofta garnish with green coriander.
  11. Serve hot with buttet naan.
