  14. Take 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  15. Take 1 small Cinnamon
  16. Get 2 cloves
  17. Prepare 2 green Cardamom
  18. Get 2 green Chilli
  19. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Heat oil a separate pan and sputter the mustard seeds. Add curry leaves, cloves and cinnamon followed by finely sliced small onions and sauté till golden brown. Add curry masala powder and pour over the chicken gravy. Stir and cook till it bubbles.

Instructions to make Pepper Chicken Gravy:
  1. Grind all the ingredients mentioned in grinding list into a fine paste.
  2. In a pressure cooker heat oil and add the dry red chilli and fry for few seconds. Add the ground paste and cook for about a min or two.
  3. Add chicken, salt, curry leaves, mix well and cook for few mins.
  4. Add required water as required and pressure cook it for 2 to 3 whistles.
  5. Let the pressure release by itself. Open and cook on low flame till the oil separates from the masalas or till done. This gravy should be little thick. Add lemon juice and take off the heat.
  6. Enjoy with rice or any Indian flat breads.

Add curry masala powder and pour over the chicken gravy. Stir and cook till it bubbles. Stir in heavy cream, and season with salt, white pepper, and cayenne pepper. Combine flour and seasonings in a shallow bowl or dish. Drizzle some additional buttermilk into the flour mixture, tossing together with a fork.
