  1. Prepare 250 gms paneer
  2. Prepare 2 medium sized onions roughly chopped
  3. Take 1 inch cinnamon stick
  4. Take 1 tsp jeera
  5. Take 3 cloves
  6. Get 1 black cardamom
  7. Get 3 green cardamoms
  8. Take 1/4 cup cashew nuts
  9. Make ready 2 green chillies chopped
  10. Get 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  13. Get 3 tbsp curd
  14. Get 3 tbsp fresh cream
  15. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste
  16. Take 4 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter
  17. Get 1 tsp kasoori meethi

  1. Heat a kadhai add 2 tbsp oil add chopped onions saute for a few mins, add cinnamon, jeera, cloves, black cardamom, green cardamom saute for a few mins. Add cashew nuts.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste & green chillies fry for a few seconds. Add 1/2 water and cook for 5 to 10 mins with lid covered
  3. Cool this mixture and blend it into a smooth paste. Keep aside
  4. In the same kadhai heat 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter add the masala paste fry for a few mins, add curds mix well fry for 5 mins then add coriander powder and black pepper powder fry for a few seconds.
  5. Then add fresh cream cook for a few mins. Add water as per consistency, salt. Boil it then add cubed paneer. I have fried the paneer and then added to the gravy. Add kasuri methi simmer for 10 mins. Serve with Paratha.
