Here is how to make Methi Chicken Masala. Dried fenugreek or Kasuri methi will not give the same taste as fresh methi. But in case fresh methi is not available, you can make do with Kasuri methi.   5. Add chopped tomatoes and salt, cover and cook till the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
  6. Add the marinated chicken and mix well. Cover and cook for 20 minutes stirring in between.
  7. Add cashewnut paste and mix well. Add drained kasuri methi, fresh cream and mix.
  8. Add half cup water or as needed. Mix well and let it come to boil. Simmer and cook until the gravy thickens and reach desired consistency.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala, coriander leaves and cook for a minute.
  10. Serve kasuri methi chicken gravy with naan, roti or jeera pulao.
