  16. Get 1/4 cup Cooking oil
  17. Get 1-2 tbsp Fresh coriander (chopped)

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, pepper and salt until smooth. Gradually stir in the milk, broth and sherry. Transfer to serving plates to rest.

  1. Remove the skin of blanched tomatoes. In a blender, add onion, tomato, garlic cloves, ginger and green chillies and blend to make smooth mixture.
  2. Heat the oil and cook this mixture well. Add chicken and cook until it changes colour.
  3. Add all other spices and cook until oil separates. Then add water and let it cook to tenderize the chicken.
  4. Add tamarind pulp and cook for more 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve it with roti or naan.
