While your butter is melting, quarter the medium onion and chop it in a mini chopper so that it is chopped fine but not mushy. Add the chopped onion to the butter and saute on med. heat until clear and soft.

  1. brown potato and onion with bacon chip till fragrant then add garlic
  2. add tomato and juice with wine , soy sauce and dash salt and black pepper and bay leaf simmer for 3 minute
  3. put salmon in and cover lid simmer for 8 minute toss pan every now and then
  4. off heat and serve
