Wash and clean the chops and flatten them lightly. Add the onions, tomatoes, the ground masala, half the bunch of coriander and half the bunch of mint leaves.

  1. Marinate the mutton chops with ginger, garlic, green chilli paste

  4. Heat a oil in a pan add the mutton chops cover the simmer till mutton chops are cooked well and roasted properly open and flip 2 to 3 times in between in low heat.
  5. Do not add water the yogurt and mutton will release it's own water let's the chops cook in it own moisture.
  6. It takes around 40 minutes for the chops to cook completely and makes some gravy. sprinkle the garam masala powder.
  7. Enjoy the masala chops with naan and roti.
