Once the pork is cooked to your liking, deglaze the pan with the balsamic vinegar making sure to coat the pork on both sides. Pour the balsamic vinegar into the pan and bring to a boil. Remove chops from the skillet and set aside. Add balsamic vinegar and deglaze skillet.

  4. Add the Balsamic vinegar glaze and carry on cooking on medium low heat untill the glaze has reduced by half. Be very carefull to not burn the glaze.
