  8. You can thicken the stock if needed by adding the remaining flour with 1.5 tbsp of water. Let it simmer until stock is thicken. Your food is now ready to serve!

Lower heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through. Add olives and spinach and cook until olives are warmed and spinach is just wilted. Spread artichokes and olives around chicken, then mix wine and broth together in a small bowl and pour mixture all over chicken. Sprinkle with tarragon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in broth and lemon, scraping browned bits from bottom of pan.
