Method for Hot Carrot and Chilli Chutney: Heat the oil, add the mustard seeds and pop them. Add the remainder of the ingredients and give a good stir. Wash and wipe green chilies and carrots. Chop carrots into batons and chilies lengthwise of the size of carrots.

Steps to make Carrots and green chillies relish:
  1. Prep the veggies:peel carrots with peeler and slice length wise and then across,about thin slices.then also prep all other veggs by slicing.pro the tomotoes by deserting and chopping.you can juice the lemons separately so as to remove seeds and add later after adding the carrots
  2. Start cooking:Bismillah.add about half the oil and let heat up,then add the chillies and let them pop abit add the seeds and pop abit.take of the heat due to the seeds become bitter on overheating.then add the chopped tomatoes and liquid tomato puree was used here(thanx to Abu luqs!),.
  3. Then now add other spices include tumeric,paprika powder and check for salt.let cook until tomotoes ready,then add carrots and yellow peppers..add lemon,then the rest of oil then simmer until carrots cooked.enjoy as a relish

Wash and wipe green chilies and carrots. Chop carrots into batons and chilies lengthwise of the size of carrots. Take a glass bowl add carrots,chilies and salt in it and mix well. Wash and scrap carrots and then chop into batons. Slice the jalapenos and carrots to ¼ inch thick, discarding the stems.
